Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and trends within the event industry.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand our client base.
- Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event industry professionals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their event requirements.
Business Development & Growth:
- Analyze market data and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Contribute to developing and implementing effective business development strategies for the event sector.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and interpret data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Experience in lead generation and relationship building.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of the event industry (a plus)
