- In depth knowledge of probiotics market dynamics, consumer trends, and regulatory requirements.

- Expertise in creating and managing marketing campaigns, branding, and product launches.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.


- Ability to drive business growth, analyze sales data, and implement strategic initiatives.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:


- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue targets for probiotics.


- Drive the expansion of business in new and existing markets.


- Formulate a robust sales pipeline with a focus on B2B, B2C, and international markets.


- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver on targets and build relationships with key stakeholders.


- Develop sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis systems.

2. Marketing and Brand Development:


- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote probiotics products to both domestic and international markets.


- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, email, and content marketing, to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.


- Work on product branding and positioning for new product launches.


- Collaborate with R&D for product development and marketing alignment.

3. Customer Relationship Management:


- Build and manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.


- Drive customer-centric approaches and strategies to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.


- Oversee customer feedback mechanisms and align marketing efforts accordingly.

4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:


- Conduct regular market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs.


- Identify growth opportunities and suggest new product lines or improvements to existing products based on market insights.

5. Team Leadership and Development:


- Lead and mentor a dynamic sales and marketing team.


- Provide training and performance management to the sales and marketing teams.


- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on achieving ambitious sales targets.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Collaborate with the R&D, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality control of products.


- Coordinate with finance for pricing strategy and contract negotiations.
