Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market demands.
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals for the sales team, overseeing their execution and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and ongoing training to the sales team to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Monitor, analyze, and track sales performance metrics, creating reports and providing actionable insights to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple verticals within the sales team, overseeing relationships and strategies catering to Investors, NRIs, HNIs, and UHNIs.
- Represent the company in various industry events, webinars, meetings, and conferences, contributing to the company's visibility and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive and relevant experience in sales, preferably within the fintech or wealth tech sector.
- Proven track record in a leadership role within the fintech or wealth tech industry, demonstrating strategic thinking and successful sales team management.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on team-building, motivation, and fostering a culture of success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams that consistently deliver results and exceed expectations
