Job Description - While reporting directly to the Managing Director of the organisation, this person will be required to identify and build Alternate Channels of revenue for the organisations India business.

Our client is one of the leading social selling beauty companies and sells its products in over 100 countries. With a strong presence in Europe and the Middle East market, our client is looking to further expand their reach in the Asia Pacific region.
Description :
Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the India Business, the key responsibilities of this person will be to:
- Explore alternate streams like Key Distributor, Stockist, Institutions, etc. of drawing the revenue for the organisation
- Setup these channels and deliver aligned revenue contribution
- Create network in the market through required tie-ups/channel partnerships, etc.
- Develop the organisation design and capability to run these alternate channels
- Liaison with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR & other key internal teams to build these Routes-to-market
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- MBA from a top tier institute preferred
- Core understanding of sales and marketing
