Sales Head - West - Alcoholic Beverages Industry
- Lead the team to deliver a high standard of market execution, implement strategies from a state level whilst maintaining strong business relationships with key customers.
- Manages sales of company brands in the assigned geography to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
- Develop and ensure implementation of sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of the region within budgeted costs. Assist in choosing the right pricing strategy, Discount strategy (wherever allowed), slab models and management of slab models for A&P.
- Prepare annual and monthly strategic business plans to achieve budgeted sales figures and implement the same.
- Review competition landscape regularly and provide updates & recommendation on pricing, distribution, distribution, new launches.
- Monitor sales development in off premise and on premise and coach team to maintain a balance of focus on both channels.
- Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies on operating profit.
