Head - Sales - Aftermarket


Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement a strategic sales approach with particular focus on After market for region India.

- Coordinates and monitors the fulfilment of all legal & contractual obligations incl. Health, Safety and Environment.

- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis

- Lead/support renewal negotiations with key our channel partners.

- Monitoring and achieving targets with respect to key business indicators like Sales Volume, Sale Price Level, and BOI

- Establish and execute effective AFM sales programs aimed at driving customer satisfaction, sales growth, product service, optimizing distribution channels, pricing, and personnel development programs (including training, representative/customer meetings, marketing campaigns).

- Ensure timely and effective mitigation strategies to address assessed risk profiles with respect to cost and revenue.

- Seeks out new business opportunities and manages tasks related to business closures.

- Leads the sales team lead and keeps focus through priority setting.

- Handles customer negotiations and serves as a next-level escalation contact in cases of issues.

- Manages comprehensive reporting related to AFM sales development.
