- The Sales Head will lead the sales department, driving business growth across multiple verticals including Graphic Arts, Packaging, Automotive, Woodwork, and Foam & Furnishing.
- This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets.
- The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the adhesives industry both in Retail & B2B, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Identify market gaps across verticals in terms of applications.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to build a high-performing team.
- Uphold the values of a "Family-owned but professionally run organization."
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across B2B and B2C.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the promoters.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
