Head Sales - Access Control Solutions (Warehousing/Industrial)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Looking for sales professionals with minimum 15 years experience in industrial, project and B2C sales.

- Experience of specification through influencers, PMC, architects and contractors is a must.

- Experience in Electrical Equipment, Access Controls, Industrial Flooring/Paint, Pre-Engineered Buildings, Racking solutions, EOT is preferred.

- Relationships in manufacturing, warehouses and logistics sector is highly desirable.

- Must have handled regional /zonal /national sales.

- Experience of handling and building a team is a must.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales target and achieving revenue growth.

- Should be open to extensive travel pan India.

Education:

BE/B.Tech Mechanical or Electrical

MBA- Sales & Marketing
