Sales Head - 3D
Experience: 15 - 20 years
MUST-HAVES:
- Experience in scaling up sales in a start-up environment
- Hunter with account management experience
- Commercial orientation
- Strong customer-facing skills and analytical orientation
You would be successful in the role if:
- You have great industry connections at C-Suite level / multi-disciplinary connections at the customer's workplace i.e., Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D etc.
- You know to handle and winning government contracts, have the ability to network with leadership at customer level in aerospace and defense
- Prior experience of building channel partner/alliance ecosystem that helps the business to secure repetitive deals
- You have experience in building a national sales team to achieve scaled targets
- You have experience in market making/demand generation for emerging technology solutions
