Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to expand the company's reach and customer base.
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals and quotas for the sales team.
Sales Team Leadership:
- Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to empower your team members to achieve their full potential.
Sales Management & Performance:
- Develop and implement effective sales processes and methodologies to optimize sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement performance management systems and hold your team accountable for achieving results.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the sales function.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving significant revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships
