Engineering Graduates preferably with Post Graduate qualifications with excellent communication skills both verbal and written, responsible for significant revenue and profit growth through effective management of sales & marketing activities :
- Plan and Execute Strategies
- Initiation of Go To Market Strategy, product mix, sales alignment in line with country's growth strategy
- Responsible for managing division's top line revenue and gross sales margin
- Managing all aspects of sales administration and sales staff planning
- Experience in both Private and Government Sectors
- Experience in dealing with high Value Equipment / Products
- Simultaneously work with Product managers, distributors, in developing relationships with customers
- Ability to work with multiple stake holders to prepare strategy plans
- Monitoring performance of Distributors
- Industry exhibition support and demonstrations
- Setting annual commission plans
- Experience in selling or dealing with Industries including Metals, Mining, Oil and Gas, Pharma, CRO, healthcare
- Experience in dealing with Prestigious Research Institutes, Research centers (Academia).
- Experience in high end research /metals, products / equipment will be a big advantage.
- Experience in working with multiple stake holders and global teams.
