- Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales with 10-12 years of expertise to lead our sales team.

- The ideal candidate should possess a strong track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies: Formulate effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.

- Setting Sales Targets and Monitoring Performance: Establish sales targets for the team and monitor performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

- Managing and Motivating the Sales Team: Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and achieve targets.

- Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.

- Analyzing Market Trends and Competitor Activity: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Collaborating with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.

- 10-12 years of progressive experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
