About Our Client:
Our client is one of the FMCG giants working in categories for Personal & Home Care and Food & Beverages. They are one of the leaders in their categories in South Asia and are looking to set up base in India as well for their range of products.
Role:
The candidate would be responsible for:-
- To set up the presence in India, devise the complete Go-To-Market strategy for a PAN India
- The launch of their current product portfolio, working with marketing, research and insights teams to bring these products to market
- Set up the sales and distribution structure and set up the channels to help these products be available to consumers
- Be responsible for the sales management and P&L centers for the organization in India
About the Candidate:
The candidate should have:
- 12-15 years of experience in FMCG Sales
- Managed large scale sales & operations in India
- Experience of setting up a business in India
