We are holding a senior leadership assignment and details are as follows.

Position: Head Safety & Environment

Location: Pune

Exp: 15+ years

- Ensuring Health, Safety & Welfare of all workers while at work in the factory as per the Factories Act.

- To ensure compliance towards working hours as per the Factories Act.

- To ensure all the health regulations are followed

- To provide appropriate welfare facilities to workers as per the Factories Act.

- To delegate appropriate responsibility to comply with regulation as per the Factories Act.

- Establish and ensure processes to train employees on safety aspects of job and only trained employees do right jobs.

- Establish and ensure processes related to safety ( Man/Material & Machinery ) while planning, installation and in ongoing Operations

- Review of the functions of team members to enhance the competitive skill even in adverse conditions followed by the appraisal for the continuation and upgradation of the employees in the department
