- The Person should be Diploma in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH IGC from approved institutes, experienced in building construction and handling EHS Management functions in construction projects.

- Exposure in High Rise Residential / Commercial Projects is a must.

- Implementing the safety measures at construction sites, participating in organizing safety awareness programs for contractor workers and ensuring their participation in safety management through safety suggestions & safety committee meetings.

- Conducting the Mock Drills, Environmental Emergency Drills, Fire drills to adjudge the efficiency of On-site Emergency Plan and review the plan on the basis of feedback.

- To check and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken or proposed to be taken to prevent personal injuries and occupational health hazards.

- To convene and coordinate Health, Safety and Environment Committee Meetings and ensure compliance of decisions taken on its behalf.

- To investigate the accidents & near-miss incidents to ascertain the root causes and find out the remedial measures of accident prevention & ensuring the compliance of accident prevention measures.

- Compilation, analysis & interpretation of accident statistical data & presentation of the information to those personnel involved & periodical review of data to identify significant causative factors and determine trends.
