Head - Robotic Process Automation

Role- Director - RPA

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mind set to take charge of automation team and to help implement RPA.

You- ll play a critical role in building and developing a Automation Roadmap, working closely with our leadership and functional teams as well as external technology partners in leading the implementation of RPA.

The ideal candidate shall have expertise in leading software automation teams including RPA implementation in a services organization.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent from a reputed institute

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in process automation, leading teams, implementing tools such as RPA, through the entire chain of business processes in at least one large services organization

- Demonstrated success establishing a streamlined software development process (Agile/Lean) including solid documentation and exceptional functional quality and reliability

- Deep understanding of technology with focus on delivering business solutions. Proven ability to be a strong professional with the sound knowledge of the new technologies and advanced applications.

Technical Competencies & Required Skill Sets:

- Demonstrated ability in defining automation roadmap of a large unit within a services organization

- Demonstrated technical capability in implementing enterprise automation products and applications such as RPA, Visual Basic, Macros

- Expertise in one or more RPA tools - Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, any custom RPA tools

- Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of SQL

- Extensive experience in creating business Use Case Models, Business Analysis Models, UMLs, User stories and various requirement artefacts - SRS,FSD,RTM.

- Experience in Software testing and creating Functional Test Scripts, Testing Strategy Documents, Test Plans and Validation scripts.

- Should be highly conversant with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of DevOps appreciated.

- Expertise in project management (PMP) techniques

- Knowledge of six sigma tools/techniques preferable.
