Head - Risk - Unsecured Lending

We are looking for a seasoned Risk Head to join the leadership team of one of our leading FinTech clients in the Unsecured Lending domain.

To play a pivotal role in shaping the risk management strategy for our rapidly growing organization. As a Head of Risk, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of risk. Your role will be critical in ensuring the sustainability and long-term success of our embedded finance and lending operations.

You will work closely with the CRO and CCO directly to collaborate with other executive team members to drive risk-aware decision-making and maintain regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in finance, economics, risk management, or a related field

- At least 10+ years in risk management within the financial services sector, with a focus on retail lending

- Extensive risk management experience in an Indian Bank/ NBFC environment

- Experience with data analytics, modelling, and the use of technology in risk management

- Maintain and Develop healthy working relationships with Capital Partners

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk assessment methodologies.
