Define credit underwriting standards and processes in accordance with ROC approved guidelines

Tracking and undertaking effective measures to counter external influence of Bureaus/rating agencies

Portfolio Quality, decrease bounce rates, RCR, File quality are key deliverables

Increased FTR in terms of log-ins

Team Management and commendable people management skills
