Head - Risk Management & Internal Audit - BFSI/Consulting Firm

Seeking veteran (atleast 15+ years) professionals to Head the Risk management & Internal Audit for a renowned Financial Services Organization based in Kolkata at the Group Level. Preference - Big 4 / Consulting .

- The Head Internal Audit and Risk Management is overall responsible to lead the entire functions related to policies and procedures in operations along with the system and regulatory compliance of company.

- She/ he will be reporting the findings, exposure to risks and recommend steps to mitigate risks to Audit Committee of the Board and CEO.

- Adhere to the core values of company as well as Code of Conduct. Prepare (Annual) internal audit work plans, budgets, human resource plan and objectives for the Internal Audit Department.
