Client Details :

Our client is a well established, well funded Fintech Company with a growing setup in lending, based out of Delhi NCR.

Description :

Responsible for developing a risk management framework, including establishing the risk management mechanisms, to identify, assess, monitor, measure and control the company's portfolio of loans.

- Coordinate with Compliance to obtain updates on regulatory changes.

- Create KPIs for performance and quality measurement purposes.

- Collaborate with technology and design teams to establish interactive dashboards that demonstrate risk exposures and stress results.

- Facilitate the development of clearly defined & updated policies & procedures for risk management

- Overall responsibility for the timely review of process/products/credit facility applications

- Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the compliance function as and when required.

Profile :

- Strong understanding of operational, legal, credit and market risks across the full range of products and processes.

- Prior experience of designing and implementing risk management processes.

- Possess superior knowledge of credit, operational, market and legal risk management best practices including - credit, market, operational risk management and capital adequacy requirements.

- Well-developed analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent knowledge of financial instruments. Experience Required:-At least 4-5 Years experience in Financial Sector or Loan Industry
