We have an opening with one of our client for Credit & Risk Head role.

Domain Exp : Looking for candidates only from NBFC or Fin Tech Companies

Job Roles :

1.Looking for some one who have a very good experience in Credit & policy formulation. Working Experience on policy framework.

2. Experience working in only NBFC & Fintech Organisation or Banks

3. Portfolio Management for unsecured Personal Loan Cross Sell business.

4. Monitor and review portfolio performance, key risk indicators to identify if any early signs of worsening and take required actions.

5. Ensure all metrics and losses are within or better than planned benchmark.

6. Credit Policy administration and maintenance of Design.

7. Enhance and maintain Credit Policies for all channels and segments as per business and market dynamics

8. Managing a large team.
