Looking for a Head Risk Control Unit for one of the financial firms based in Mumbai.

Job Description :

- Digitization of entire risk control process.

- Handling team of RCU Managers across the geography.

- Set up regular MIS and reporting to senior management and heads of department

- Set up an analytics based system of triggers to identify suspicious transactions, breach of limits, regulatory violations, etc. and ensure these triggers are thoroughly investigated

- Exposure of fraud risk management in the retail asset BFSI space

- Knowledge of geography, product specific fraud trends, tools and techniques to combat. Document /technical frauds, Internal & External Fraud Control & Management.

- Minimizing fraud losses to ensure robust portfolio health.

- Project experience of handling high risk framework and effective execution of Risk Control. Framework which is based on smart logic and technology driven.

- Proven ability to investigate and take to a logical conclusion all fraud cases including interfacing with law enforcement officers
