- Managing a team of 25-50 people across products

- Commercial Lending products related Fraud control and investigation responsibilities (Commercial Vehicle,Construction Equipment,Gold Loan, Agri Capital)

- Fraud analytics, reporting and communications

- Digitized controls in workflow process to prevent fraud instances

- Mystery shopping and associated actions

- Regulatory reporting related to Fraud and related controls / instances

- Stakeholder Management to support them with best in class processes with digitized innovation and controls
