In this context, the organisation is looking to revamp its total rewards philosophy that works for full time employees, gig/platform workers and managed workforce.
Definition and Scope:
This assignment is expected to produce the following deliverables:
- Restructure the Total Rewards philosophy considering changes in market outlook, best practices in the industry and their application to different kind of talent
- Map elements of total rewards to each unique role in the organisation as applicable
- Update the role directory with total rewards as it applies to each role
- Develop an Employee Value Proposition related to total rewards that can be used by talent acquisition team while engaging with the candidates and HR Business Partners while engaging in retention conversations
