Responsibilities :
- Responsible for increasing ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) of the business
- Manage all revenue generating functions - sales, marketing and customer success
- Represent the company and product at various events, Media, webinars etc.
- Build a strong team across sales/marketing/customer success functions
- Meet the quarterly revenue targets by aligning the teams towards the common goal
- Work with business leadership team to provide inputs on growth strategy and vision
Skills:
- Should have experience as head of sales/marketing in a SaaS product company
- Proven track record of taking a company from $100K to $5-10M ARR
- Have an Engineering or management degree with 5+ years of industry experience
- Experience in managing P&L of the business line and drive the goals with the team
- Great team player - collaborates with Product, Engineering, Leadership teams
- Good at numbers, good aptitude and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and passionate person willing to put his best effort and make a difference to the world we live in
