Job Description : Owner of the role of leading Revenue Operations function and collaborate closely with the leadership team to pinpoint crucial issues affecting operations and strategy, then take action to minimize potential risks.

- A lot of Data-driven companies share a common thread-they rely on our clients Data's comprehensive Automated Pipelines to streamline their data consolidation process. This includes sourcing data from various platforms such as databases, marketing applications, cloud storage, SDKs, streaming services, and more.

- Based in San Francisco and Bangalore, the company boasts a customer base of over 2000 clients spanning across 45+ countries, primarily in sectors like e-commerce, financial technology, and healthcare. With the strong support of prestigious investors they have successfully secured more than 40 $ million in funding to date and are eagerly anticipating our next phase of rapid growth.

Description :

- Oversee and effectively handle the sales pipeline by leveraging data and analytics to detect bottlenecks, uncover opportunities, and recognize recurring patterns.

- Additionally, generate reports on critical revenue metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), while also creating and maintaining various sales reporting and dashboard systems, including those within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.


- Engage in collaboration with the sales, marketing, and account management teams to establish alignment regarding revenue objectives and strategies.

- Take responsibility for and oversee diverse sales reporting schedules as required.


- Additionally, facilitate communication with executives and stakeholders, providing updates on revenue performance, progress, challenges, and offering strategic recommendations as necessary.

- Assist in critical planning tasks such as territory management and account allocation, and provide support for Sales Compensation Management.


- Take the lead or actively participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing sales processes and outcomes.

- Drive efforts to optimize the sales process for increased efficiency throughout the sales cycle.


- Additionally, oversee the management and maintenance of CRM data to ensure adherence to processes and data accuracy.

- Serve as the administrator for sales systems and tools, acting as the central point of contact for their upkeep and functionality.


Profile :

- 12+ years of experience in the revenue operations/ sales operations / related field in alignment with Sales Leadership .

- Experienced in revenue operations or sales operations with Technology/SaaS companies.


- Strong Understanding of the latest and best practises from the Industry from a Revenue Operations perspective Ability to create impactful relationships across departments and with leadership through excellent communication and articulation skills.

- Ability to interpret data to recommend business changes and operational enhancements.


- Attention to detail - Critical High problem solving ability Demonstrates business acumen.

- Good to have driven or been a part of End to End transformation projects.


- Preferred Experience in B2B SAAS Sales setup.
