Description :
- Oversee and effectively handle the sales pipeline by leveraging data and analytics to detect bottlenecks, uncover opportunities, and recognize recurring patterns.
- Additionally, generate reports on critical revenue metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), while also creating and maintaining various sales reporting and dashboard systems, including those within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
- Take responsibility for and oversee diverse sales reporting schedules as required.
- Assist in critical planning tasks such as territory management and account allocation, and provide support for Sales Compensation Management.
- Drive efforts to optimize the sales process for increased efficiency throughout the sales cycle.
- Serve as the administrator for sales systems and tools, acting as the central point of contact for their upkeep and functionality.
- Experienced in revenue operations or sales operations with Technology/SaaS companies.
- Ability to interpret data to recommend business changes and operational enhancements.
- Good to have driven or been a part of End to End transformation projects.
