Head - Revenue & Operations - InsurTech/Insurance

Responsibilities :

- Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for the organization.

- Drive the overall implementation, along with the team, of all organization initiatives

- Oversee financial performance and ensure the organization's fiscal strength.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and manage budgets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advisors, co-founders, executive committee, team, sponsors, members, and partners.

- Work directly on a few core strategic initatives

- Develop and implement strategies to secure sponsorships and additional revenue streams.

- Identify and engage potential sponsors and partners.

- Negotiate and finalise sponsorship agreements.

- Lead the engagement and management of vendors

- Manage relationships with existing sponsors.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role.

- Track record of successfully leading organizations through growth and change.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

- Strong financial acumen and business management skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Knowledge of InsurTech/Insurance is a plus, but not required
