What you'll do:
- Drive pan-India sales operations for the co living vertical of OYO LIFE
- Drive pricing analytics & strategy, ensure pricing reflects asset & brand strength relative to competition and seasonal market conditions
- Manage team of analysts & account mangers to drive pricing, portfolio optimization and demand channels
- Manage relationships & analytics for central online channels such as OTAs, Inside sales
- Manage sales centre to generate visits through online leads and manage sales funnel through them
- Work with functional heads in revenue, operations, supply, operations & tech
- Create product requirements and coordinate with tech to optmize sales process and help ground team to manage sales
- Work on sales offers like coupons, marketing tools, competitions to improve sales
What you'll need:
- Prior experience in leading a category and P&L ownership
- Process optimization and problem solving skills
- Prior experience in managing a team to deliver challenging targets
- Strong business judgment to identify business needs & solve challenges to achieve goals
- Comfort working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with high ownership
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate productively across functions
- Min. relevant work experience of 4+ years
- IIT/ISB/IIM is a plus
