Position: Head of Revenue / Monetization.

Job Description:.
- As the Head of monetization, you will play a critical role in building and managing strong relationships with FMCG brands, securing the best marketing deals for our offline stores and app.
- You will be responsible for optimizing the product assortment, negotiating placement fees and marketing deals, and driving category growth.
- This role requires a go-getter with a deep understanding of the retail/FMCG industry, a passion for convenience retail, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
Qualification:.
- 8-10 years of work experience in monetization through brand partnerships, category management, buying, FMCG, or retail, preferably in a fast-growing organization.
- Postgraduate degree from a reputed college is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with FMCG brands at a national level.
- Proven track record of achieving budgeted sales targets and improving bottom-line performance.
- Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in generating and analyzing sales, fill rate, stock cover, COGS, and damage/expiry reports.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends and consumer behaviors.
- Demonstrated experience in range planning, assortment rationalization, and promotional calendar design.
- Strong vendor management skills and ability to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and implementation.
- Ability to thrive in a high-stress, unstructured, and fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
