Seeking a leader to join our highly energetic team who are running at full speed to ignite disruption in retirement planning landscape. Develop and execute on the retirement advisory practice business plan
Overall :
- Develop and execute on the retirement advisory practice business plan
- Take build/buy decisions around research and analysis and structure a program plan for roll out
- Lead the GTM/ BD initiatives
- Recruit and train retirement advisors
- Develop partnerships across learning, development, orientation of the retirement advisors
- Sell the practice and strategic thinking internally to senior stakeholders
B2B Perspective :
- Work closely with sales across product, pre-sales and business development areas
B2C Perspective :
- Sales, Marketing and ownership of targets and business plan
Product Perspective :
- Work closely with digital team for development direction
- Take practice ownership within the decided budgets and timelines
- MBA with finance background preferred or playing a similar role in the industry
- Strong communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving aptitude
- Understanding fundamental solution selling/ financial advisory principles behind a scalable application/ practice/ product
- Min 12+ years of relevant experience
