We are looking for a Head of Retention Marketing who can create and manage promotions, programs and campaigns aimed at retaining, engaging and monetizing users across all our games.

Role:

This role involves actively utilizing Email, SEO,SEM,SMO and iterative data-driven techniques to achieve retention KPIs.

Responsibilities:

- Working directly with the CMO, create a playbook for customer engagement and retention on web and mobile.

- Understand how factors like cultural behaviour and marketplace dynamics impact engagement and retention and adapt loyalty tools to these realities.

- Work with internal marketing team to plan campaigns that drive best practice for Email, SEO,SEM,SMO and analytics.

- Analyse consumer data to drive insight on how to target effectively and retain customers at low cost.

- Leverage a variety of digital approaches to communicate and engage with customers to engender loyalty and retention, including CRM, email marketing, loyalty schemes etc.

- Develop regular reporting to track online marketing KPIs and build awareness of the digital marketing channel within the organisation.

- Work with the Offline Marketing teams to help promote and track activities that cross over from offline to online or vice versa.

- Work with the CRM, Social & PPC to drive retention, for example CRM activity aimed at targeting customers through website messaging, service e-mails etc.

- Work with Marketing and Product teams to help develop the websites to improve the design, usability, content and customer experience.

Skills & Experience:

- 4+ years in marketing SEO,SEM,SMO, analytics, email campaign strategy and execution, with specific experience managing an email/web/mobile marketing program from end-to-end (Ecommerce Preferred).

- Experience with User Retention Tactics and Strategies on engagement and monetization.

- Highly analytical with the ability to collate, analyse and present data and drive to clear insights to the business, and taking decisions to meet retention KPIs.

- Understanding of CRM, email marketing & mobile marketing.

- Experience using marketing analytics tools and metrics, such as CPA, visits, unique visits, conversion rates, latency, bounce rates etc.

- Ability to work with various teams in a complex environment, ensuring timely delivery of multiple activities in the digital space.

- Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with external suppliers, senior management and partners.

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
