Head - Retail Store Projects - Food/QSR

Job Purpose: End to end retail project management starting from space planning and design, creating project schedules, finalization of contractors/suppliers, monitoring fit-out progress, managing budgets, addressing and resolving conflicts to complete projects on time

Job Responsibility:

- Heading retail store project rollouts and store renovations

- Manage Refit of operational stores and deployment of speciality fixtures

- Anchor on-site construction (interiors) activities to ensure completion of project

- Oversee retail design & planning.

- Implementation of innovative and breakthrough ideas in projects.

- Review, Control project schedules, make schedules based on time required

- Procurement and vendor development

- Managing vendors and partners for timely completion of stores and as per company guideline.

- Responsible for following the Standard Operating Procedures and quality checks and documentations

- Arrive at annual CAPEX and get buy in from CEO and CFO

- Review decisions and deviations against the budgeted CAPEX

Requirements:

- 12 + years of relevant experience in Food Retail/QSR

- Proven leadership skills to manage a team of regional & cross functional team

- Must be Customer Centric.

- Excellent Planning & Decision Making skills

- Must be a BE
