- You have previous experience 10+ years in driving offline/retail sales for FMCG products.
- Relationships with distributors of personal care/ cosmetics AND beauty stores
- Relationships with + Experience of dealing with MT
- Experience of EBO opening
- Build sales teams anew
- Experience in setting up and using salesforce automation tools
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute BTL activities for offline channel
- A good understanding of distributor controls for monitoring Credit, Schemes & Discounts, Returns etc. Startup and setting up retail sales channel is must.
- Experience of expanding distribution network to new regions (not just managing existing coverage). You should have handled P&L responsibility.
