Head - Retail Sales

We have been mandated for a large Company for the below mentioned role.

Location : Mumbai

Position Title: Head Retail Sales

Job Profile:

- This role will be responsible for establishing the sales function for all products, driving retail , modern trade, online distribution and creating visibility and revenue

- This is a critical role in setting up the foundation of sales and distribution for B2C products basis which all future launches and product introductions in B2C space will succeed

- The role will need to identify the right talent and form a team that will drive sales proactively, understand market dynamics, build retail and online growth drivers to achieve targets

- It will need to envision the path to transform the largest share of B2B production to B2C consumer branded products and create a strategic map and way forward
