- Profitability of all the Brand exclusive Stores.

Operations Management

- Project management for Pan India

- Handling Pre-Opening operations and coordinating with the Franchisee/Vendors and leading the roll out team.

- Overall supervision of Roll outs of various formats of Stores, Exclusive and Multi-branded.

- Proficient in managing Revenue from Exclusive Retail Stores and Franchise ROI management.

- Designing and rolling out various customer and partner engagement through stores.

- Preparation & monitoring budgets for sales, costs and inventory control.

- Rolling out various Rewards n Recognition programmes to derive optimum efficiency.

- Leading efforts for streamlining processes in operations and IT infra development for Store operations.

Client/ Partner Relationship Management

- As Retail operation & experience Manager ensuring high service standards for HNI and HVI customers at the Retail Stores.

- Acting as Client Servicing Director and dishing out pertinent support/ solution to the Sales team (client).

- Regularly visiting the Channel Partners/ Franchise and answering their Voice in order to optimize efficiency.

- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with potential clients, thus controlling churn.
