Description :
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store & the brand by complying with legal requirements.
- Manages operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing retail operational policies and procedures manual
- Implement and maintain retail operational policies and procedures to incorporate a sales plan, cost control, shrinkage management and reduction, audit compliance and people management
- Contributes to future development at strategic and operational level.
- Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sale
- Anchor network expansion plans.
- Monitor KPI's and adjust the focus of improvement efforts as necessary to meet target goals
- Plans, identifies, communicates and delegates key responsibilities and practices to the store management team to ensure smooth flow of retail operations
Profile :
- Customer Orientation, Planning & Execution, Accounting Skills, Communication, Strong negotiation skills, Stakeholder management, Understanding of retail operations
