Retail Operations & Strategies Head
This Position Is Only For Professionals Who Has Vast Experience In Retail Operations (FMCG)
To contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of a business strategy that maximizes the retail net profit by driving sales and controlling costs; to build motivated and high performing teams through the effective leadership and line management to retail staff and concentrating on the operational aspect of RS including market visits, extending support for new shop openings. Involvement in all projects within RS.

Minimum Formal Education : Post Graduate (Preferably with Specialization in Retail)
Minimum Experience : Minimum 5 to 8 years experience as Business Head of Retail Operations (FMCG), wide experience in Developing and Implementing Operational Strategy, preferably in Oman or other GCC countries with a multinational firm.
- Should have project management skills.
- Ability to lead effectively in a demanding, fast paced, team environment.
- Demonstrate ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.
- Good organizational skills, time management and computer skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Must pay good attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new functions, procedures.
