Head of Jewellery Retail Operations

India's One of the Top Retail Company, looking for Head of Retail Operations urgently.

Reporting To : CEO

Years of Experience : 15 years +

Target Industries : Luxury Retail - Only from gems & jwellery background

Role :

- Manage Pan India Retail Stores

- Sales/Profitability target achievement

- Expansion and rationalisation of stores

- Long-term strategic and operational planning

- Leading a Pan India team of Regional/State Operations Heads

- Ensure Customer Service delivery & satisfaction

- Drive operational business excellence

Requirements :

- Candidate must be currently handling brick and mortar retail chain operations or working in hospitality industry (who bring good customer service orientation)

- Candidate must be a self-starter and should know the art of managing stakeholders in a fairly large organization

- Canididate must be willing to be based in Mumbai

- Only Graduates without any diploma in retail or MBA degree need not apply

- eCommerce only candidate need not apply

- Expats may be considered

- The role demands high degree of travel within India
