Function : Retail Operations
Reporting to : Business Head - Rangriti
Education : Post Graduate Degree Experience 15 to 17 years
Position Summary :
- Develop and implement a sales strategy, across various lines of revenue, in order to enable the organization to achieve its strategic objectives. Supervise functioning of various sales & operations support functions
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, direct, and control all sales and marketing functions so that policies, procedures, and activities meet the organization's short and long-term business objectives,
- Activities may include: market research and sales forecasting, pricing, sales and merchandising activities, marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotions, business development activities, customer service.
- Negotiate terms of sales with major wholesale and MBO clients, as well as franchise owners that will maximize the organization's business interests.
- Establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the organization against these goals
- Drive relationship management through various revenue line managers as well as directly to facilitate long term relationships with BIBA's key customer accounts, MBO accounts, franchisee partners etc.
- Create a culture of accountability by ensuring that operational metrics are achieved, budgeted expenses are attained, and standard operating procedures are consistently followed. Responsible for sales and achieving business goals and objectives.
