Description

- Plan and execute the overall strategy for Fintech division of the company

- Responsible for achieving the annual business volumes for Retail finance Marketplace

- Developing the sales strategy for the business line, based on experience, market intelligence, regulatory environment, and market opportunities to enhance business numbers & profitability.

- Responsible to deliver Annual Operating Plan including functions revenue and costs budget. Heading: DSA Business, Digital Partnerships and Supply Chain Finance

- Conceptualize and implement the strategic plan to steer sustainable top-line growth while maintaining stringent overview of operating expenses

- Managing pricing, revenue generation, product management, portfolio performance including budgetary, expansion and long-term business planning

- Develop and execute a digital partnership model that has started delivering outcomes in line with Business Operating plans

Profile

- 15-20 years of experience spanning across Auto Loans and Retail loans is mandatory. Would not be able to evaluate application without experience of Auto Loans

- Atleast 5 years of experience at the management level (must have taken reporting of product, sales, operations, and digital functions)

- Currently in a P&L role
