Urgently looking - Head Retail Marketing | Leading Mobile Handset Company - Noida

This is Kanika from Mount Talent Consulting. MTC is an International Consulting Firm into Executive Search, People Mapping and Leadership Assessments catering to clients in India, US, EMEA,APAC. We work with some of the top Technology, FMCG, Pharma, Management Consulting, KPO firms incl.: Bharti Group, HUL, eBay, Capital One, HSBC, Citigroup, Accenture, KPMG, Ernst & Young, Cognizant Consulting, Amazon, Komli Media, Mu-Sigma, CSC, TESCO, others.

I am currently looking for a Head Retail with a leading Mobile Handset Company bases in Noida.

Experience : 7 - 10 years

Reporting - COO

Key Result Areas

- Creating Excellent Brand Imagery in retail through ground level initiatives.

- To improve share of shelf & sell out from key outlets.

- Creating long term Relationships with key retail partners through design & Execution of loyalty programs & differentiated service package.

- Responsible for overall brand visibility in Retail Outlets.

- Responsible for managing field personnel and agencies

Desired Skills and Competencies

- Proven experience in Retail Marketing / Trade Marketing specifically from FMCG , Consumer Goods, Mobiles and Retail Giants.

- Exposure to brand marketing & sales.

- Should be flexible to travel.

Qualification :

- MBA from Top Colleges like IIM"s, XLRI, SIBM, SCHRD, TISS, IMT, MDI, ISB, IIT's, BITS, DCE, preferred.
