Head - Retail Liability

- We are looking for Head - Retail Lability who is having 20+ Years of relevant leadership experience in BFSI Sector.

- Excellent product knowledge.

- Would be responsible for maximizing the Bank's market share, profitability and volume on its range of products.

- Should have deep functional knowledge in Retail liability business,

- Product designing, development, launching & Strategic implementation of new product offerings.

- Setting up business in new geographies.

- Collection and recovery.

- Should have excellent leadership and team development skills.

- Candidates having exposure in multiple products/ geographies are preferred.

- Strong experience in handling large teams

- Knowhow of Branch Banking

- Excellent Communication

- Excellent stake holder management

- Must be good in managing interdepartmental relationships
