Head - Retail Leasing - Real Estate

Role : Head Leasing

Job Location : Bangalore.

Responsibilities :

- Review vacancies to determine appropriate marketing initiatives

- Analysis of tenant performance.

- Advertising and promote available space

- Strategic Letting Plan, Letting Feasibility & Leasing of upcoming malls.

- Finalization of Lease deals with International and National Brands

- Lease Transaction & Legal documentation control of the mall.

- Negotiate lease renewals and prepare lease renewals addendums

- Setting up documentation SOP

- Lease & Legal documentation control & processes of Malls

- Reviewing transactions of Malls under Propcare management.

- Setting up Lease Status Reports of all Malls.

- Drafting Proposals and Management Agreements for new businesses.

- Conduct a site visit for upcoming malls.

- Preparation of budgeted forecasts and monitoring and controlling the same

- To prepare the annual business plan and the monthly budget.

- Client servicing.

- Networking with new retailers & real-estate brokers.
