- Analyze sales, feedback, and historical data on weekly/monthly/seasonal basis to help better assort for future seasons.

- Overall responsibility for the profitability, achievement of sales targets and operational efficiency of the brand's stores in India.

- Developing and implementing effective products and merchandising strategies in consultation with the head office team to realize sales targets.

- Oversees stock-to-sales processes and upholds presentation standards while effectively utilizing and maintaining department fixtures, structure and floor plan.

- Build and cultivate strong relationships with store management and staff to drive sales, business initiatives and communicate regularly regarding store information.

- Support store management team by training on operations standards and to ensure consistency across all stores

- Ensure merchandising standards and operations are met in the stores

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. The candidate must have had a minimum of 10 years of experience in retail planning of fashion/ lifestyle/ luxury products.

2. Proven ability to work independently and undertake and discharge responsibilities in a reliable and effective manner.

3. Motivated, self-starters who are looking out for new challenges. Candidates showing any experience where they displayed an entrepreneurial initiative would be viewed favorably.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Strong attention to detail and passion to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.

6. Strategic planning and competitive analysis abilities.

7. Ability to interact with multiple departments and interact with employees at all levels.
