About our Client - Our client is a leading US MNC providing financial services worldwide. Specializing in Tractor, Farm Equipment and Commercial Vehicle financing.

Job Description - This role can bring you great career satisfaction with our client looking to grow exponentially over the next 5 years.

- You would be responsible for business across the country with a large team rolling into you.

- You would be responsible for formulating and strategizing the country level marketing plans for effective retail finance solution to support the equipment sales.

- In addition you would be responsible for planning the implementation and expansion plan for the finance company.

- You would be required to maintain high level alignment with different departments of the organization, wiz, Legal, Risk Management, Finance and HR.

- Your role would also include formulation, recommendation and implementation of the company marketing programs.

The Successful Candidate -

- With excellent written and verbal English skills you will have a Degree in Finance and/or Business Administration or Chartered Accountancy with 14+ years of relevant work experience.

- It is a MUST that you possess knowledge of Agriculture / Tractors & Farm Equipment / Commercial Vehicle Loans/Financing.

- Knowledge in CREDIT EVALUATION is pertinent.

- You should have experience in handling large teams.

- Candidates without the necessary skill set will not be considered.

- Candidates working within Banks/NBFC's at senior positions within Sales, Credit and Collection function handling a regional or national level role need only apply.
