Our client is India's exclusive designer wear clothing & accessories brand for women, which retails online and offline at various stores across the country. Focussing on its expansion plans, they are looking for self driven talent. The details are as below:

Role: Head-Retail Expansion (Male candidate)

Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare & Execute the retail expansion & strategic initiatives to deliver on the organization's growth vision, in co-ordination with the Leadership team.

- Formulating and implementing a marketing plan for the stores to drive footfalls to the stores on a sustained basis as per budget.

- Evaluation of proposals to open up new stores.

- Fostering alliances to give the stores a competitive advantage.

- Act as the brand ambassador to build relations with the third party/ malls/ franchisees & landlords.

Qualification:

Masters' degree preferably in Management, Business.

Work Experience :

Over 7 years relevant experience of operating large retail outlets of reputed Fashion brands

Work Days: Mon - Sat Work hours: 11.00 a.m- 7.00 p.m
