Head - Retail Distribution - FMCG/Personal Care/Cosmetics

Zend Consulting Services, a reputed and growing Executive Search and Recruitment Firm catering to some of the Top names Globally.

We have been retained by our client for the search of a Retail Distribution - Head for their Retail Distribution business in Myanmar. Our client is a Mid sized Global Distribution and Manufacturing organization based in Singapore. They have their distribution network across several countries in the Globe.

Currently they are at around 2 to 3 Million USD in their turnover and are aiming to double the same. Products include Personal Care, Cosmetics and similar products.

The ideal candidate should have:

- A Good educational background

- Have 10 to 15 years of experience in the retail distribution

- At least 4 years of experience only in FMCG / Personal Care / Cosmetic Products

- Have experience in Strategic distribution planning.

- Have experience in Myanmar or in any SAARC or ASEAN countries

- Have experience of Traditional and Modern Distribution channels

- Have experience in setting distribution goals and plan and manage distribution operations to achieve the set goals.

- Have experience in assisting in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in distribution center.

- Be a peoples manager & a strong communicator

- Be ready to relocate to Myanmar

- The client can offer 2500 - 3000 USD per month + Accommodation + Car for Local travel for the right candidate.
