Position: Head of Retail Dept.
Location : Outside India
Company: Leading MNC Telecom Operator .
Reports to : Head of Sales and Distribution
Job Purpose:
- To manage activities at own and franchisee shops in order to support the achievement of overall sales target
KRA's:
- Manage the development of retail sales strategy and plan, in alignment with sales and marketing strategy, in order to achieve target retail performance
- Manage salesperson and franchisees to boost sales volume from selling and up-selling products and enhancing customer experience from services at face-to-face touch points, in order to support the achievement of overall sales target
Qualifications :
- Bachelor or higher in Business Management or related
- 10 + years experience in retail outlets
- Exposure to rural marketing and various channels of distribution
- Familiarity with international customs rules and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with Negotiation and Interpersonal skills
- Strong meeting and solution facilitating skills
- Effective communications skill at all levels including executive level
- Ability to build positive relationships and handle conflict resolution
- Good command of English language
