Head of Retail Business (Food & Beverages)

Position : Retail Business Head - Food & Beverages to manage retail amenities/facilities like restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment zones.

Job Role : We are seeking an experienced & dynamic Retail Business Head who specializes in F&B to oversee the operations & growth of our retail business. The ideal candidates should have extensive experience in running Food & Beverage businesses & a deep understanding of food quality & customer experience.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop & implement a strategic plan to grow the food, beverage, & retail business & increase profitability.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail business, including inventory management, product development & staff management.

- Ensure that all products meet high-quality standards, consistency, & taste.

- Manage the profile & budget of the retail business, and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue & profitability.

- Monitor market trends & competition, and make strategic adjustments to stay ahead of the curve

- Develop & maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, & other key stakeholders.

- Lead the hiring & training of staff, and ensure they provide exceptional customer service & adhere to food safety & hygiene standards.

- Collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, & policies.

Qualification & Work Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Or related field.

- At least 9 to 13 yrs of experience managing F&B businesses, preferably in a retail environment.
