Head - Retail Broking

This role will report to the CEO, Wealth

- Set-up retail broking business Launch, manage and drive penetration of digital retail broking product

- Responsible for entire business, including revenue and profitability

- Build the technology platform for seamless digital experience for clients and integrate with the current wealth tech platform

- Ensure a competitive product offering differentiated by superior digital client experience.

- Responsible for team building across domains & ensure skill enhancement and team development of resources

- Work closely with product & sales to drive broking business across the organization

- Sales & Client servicing, with objective to achieving set objectives for retail broking business of the company.

- Ensure adherence to the risk compliance and statutory / regulatory compliance policies
